Southern California Ghosts & Folklore. (September 2016) Susan Burns, an expert and scholar on Folklore, has been kind enough to interview me about my research on the 1892 true crime at the Hotel del Coronado, a national scandal and a cold case that has never been satisfactorily resolved. It led to the famous ghost story at the Hotel del Coronado, where the Beautiful Stranger died mysteriously on 28 November 1892.
